About Me.

I graduated from the Southern School of Natural Therapies in 1997, and have enjoyed a diverse career as a Naturopath in the decades since. In that time, I have been fortunate to work with one of the leading Australian nutraceutical companies in supporting and educating practitioners for over a decade.

Although qualified in all areas of general naturopathy, I have a particular interest in mental health; the brain and nervous system. This includes (but is not limited to): childhood behavioral issues, anxiety, depression and sleep disturbance.

I am a mother of 3 children – of varied ages (19, 16 and 11) – and as a result seem to attract lots of clients who are parents themselves, their children or in many cases whole families. I completely understand the demands of modern day living, such as disrupted work/life balance, mother guilt, fussy eaters…the list goes on!

As a patient no matter how unachievable you feel your family’s health goals might be, with the stresses of everyday life, I am confident that my versatile and flexible approach in constructing your individualized wellness plan will bring success.

Likewise, if you are a practitioner looking for a mentor with that same individualized approach that both supports you in clinical practice yet is aligned with your own style of practice, your strengths and your values, then I might be the right mentor for you. My practical and flexible style allows you to get support in the areas you need by drawing from my 25 years experience whilst building your own sense of self in clinical practice.
